Right Price Analysis & Report. I’m a huge believer in market analysis. Listing at the right price (right from the start) is the most important decision you and your Realtor will make. I do hours of research before every home listing appointment. When we meet I will be armed with so much data you might feel a little overwhelmed. At Zeitlin we have research capabilities that aren’t offered to other brokerages locally, namely Trend Graphix where I can pull micro and macro data by subdivision. We will also compare recent MLS sales, tax data, “Zestimates” and CRS comparable sales.
Professional Photography & Virtual Tour. On every listing, I employ Showcase Photographers to create the most stunning visual representation of your home that is possible. Today’s real estate market is all about the internet. Your home will be viewed hundreds, even thousands of times online. We syndicate our listings throughout the internet and offer full photo representation with upgraded memberships on sites like Realtor.com, YouTube, Trulia, Zillow, and Craigslist.
Centralized Showing Service. This unique service allows all showings to be booked through one centralized office, keeping accuracy and efficiency at the forefront. The extended hours of the call center allow more time for potential buyers to see any of our listings. Appointments can even be booked online, and you can now be notified by text message. After your showing is booked a feedback questionnaire is automatically e-mailed to the showing agent. Feedback is a vital tool in assessing how your property compares to similar listings in your area. You will have unfiltered access to the responses. This will help us to pinpoint and overcome any objections potential buyers may see in your property. You will NEVER be out of the loop as to how and when your property is being shown, and what buyer’s are thinking about it.
The newest tool in my arsenal helps you get through the home selling process with less headache. I am now using Docusign technology to gather all necessary signatures. With Docusign you can sign everything involving the transaction right online. No printing, scanning, or faxing required. It’s a huge time saver for all involved and my clients rave about the convenience.
