Home Staging: Before & After
Home Staging is an important part of any home sale. With each of my home listings, I bring in a local accredited home staging professional for assistance. I will pay her fee for the first hour, but many sellers decide to hire her for additional help. She will give you a laundry list of FREE actions that will help your house present well to the market (de-cluttering and furniture arrangement suggestions). She will also make recommendations of small action items like touch-up paint and small accessories that could spruce up your space. If you are willing to go the distance, she can also make larger suggestions like carpet, cabinetry, and flooring recommendations.
Below is a sample of a recent before & after project for a personal property of mine. We used one hour of the stagers time, using only items that were already present plus $100 in supplies
