The following restrictions/disclosures apply to the 750 Advantage Promotion:
- Buyer acknowledges that RESPA laws stipulate that no incentive in TN may come in the form of cash gifts.
- Promotions are only applicable to transactions that successfully close and fund.
- Village Processing Fee is applicable to buyers only. Sellers are exempt from this fee.
- The 750 promotion is only applicable to transactions of $200,000 or greater. Transactions of less than $200,000 revert to a $500 scale with no more than 1/3 of total commissions used.
- Promotion is valid upon Village Real Estate’s receipt of a full 3% or greater commission based on negotiated sales price.
- Any options that require payment prior to settlement shall be the responsibility of the client. Agent to reimburse upon closing.
